Here is the overdue conclusion to the Film is Pwn podcast where Daniel and Tom watched the Rottentomatoes.com 10 worst rated movies in one day.  In part 1, the movies were:

10. Half Past Dead
9.  The Master of Disguise
8. Twisted
7. National Lampoon’s Gold Diggers – the worst movie ever made
6. Superbabies: Baby Genuises 2

In part 2, they must endure:

5. King’s Ransom with Anthony Anderson and Jay Mohr
4. Pinochio with Roberto Benigni
3. Crossover with Wayne Brady
2. Uwe Boll’s opus Alone in the Dark “starring” Christian Slater
1. Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu in Balistic: Ecks vs. Sever

Enjoy:

The Marathon Video Part 1 (of 2)

As referenced in my post a few weeks ago, “I Survived the Film Is Pwn Marathon,” Tom and I recently watched the 10 lowest rated movies according to rottentomatoes.com in succession in one day.  It took about 16 hours in all, and we laughed, we cried (as you’ll witness), we screamed, and we’re still not exactly sure why we did it.

I just finished editing the first half of the ordeal (expect part 2 sometime next week), and here it is for your viewing pleasure.  The movies we watched were:

10. Steven Seagal’s Half Past Dead
9. Dana Carvey’s unfunny comedy The Master of Disguise
8. Ashley Judd & Samuel L. Jackson ruin their credibility in Twisted
7. National Lampoon’s Gold Diggers – the worst movie ever made, and I’ve seen Plan 9 From Outer Space AND Star Wars I: The Phantom Menace
6. Superbabies: Baby Genuises 2 – the title says it all

Watch us watch them, and enjoy our pain:

Film Is Pwn Podcast: Storytelling

We released this podcast on iTunes about a week ago but I forgot to post it here as well.

Daniel and I dicuss storyteling in film. Movies that do it well and ones that miss the mark. Listen carefully for the moment when Daniel compliments my writing and I agree quickly and easily without thanks, my arrogance knows no bounds (Actually I just misheard what he had said, I thought we was talking about our work collectively).  Thanks Daniel.
